We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Deburring & Assembly Technician to support our aerospace machining operations. This role involves deburring, visual inspection, and simple assembly work such as installing inserts and nuts into machined parts before they are sent for surface treatment or plating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deburring and edge finishing of precision aerospace machined components.
• Conduct visual inspection to identify burrs, surface defects, and dimensional inconsistencies.
• Assemble inserts, nuts, and other fasteners into machined parts according to work instructions.
• Clean and prepare parts prior to plating or dispatch.
• Ensure all tasks meet required aerospace quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workstation.
• Follow all safety, quality, and procedural guidelines.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, machining, or assembly environment is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of mechanical assembly preferred; training will be provided.
• Good manual dexterity, eyesight and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks and repetitive work.
