PRODUCT MANAGER - BRAND VENTURE

We are looking for a commercially sharp and creatively attuned Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of culturally-driven consumer brands, with clear ownership over P&L performance, brand equity growth, and product-market success.
The role is part of a joint venture framework with a focus on building new brands in female sports fashion, cosmetics, and lifestyle sectors. You will work closely with internal and external creative, commercial, and operational teams to develop product strategies that are both culturally relevant and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Product Strategy & Portfolio Planning
- Develop the product vision and roadmap for each brand in alignment with market insights and brand positioning.
- Translate macro trends, platform performance and consumer insights into commercially compelling product concepts.
2. Category Management & Merchandising
- Shape the architecture, pricing strategy, and margin targets across multiple categories such as activewear, beauty, and lifestyle accessories.
- Collaborate with design and sourcing teams to drive seasonal collections and capsule drops.
3. Commercial & P&L Ownership
- Manage category-level P&L with accountability for GMV, ASP, margin, inventory efficiency, and turnover.
- Recommend promotional, pricing, and bundling strategies based on performance indicators.
4. Go-to-Market Execution
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop launch timelines, storytelling, and omnichannel plans.
- Guide product messaging and positioning across brand touchpoints, both digital and offline.
5. Data-Driven Optimization
- Use performance dashboards and ecosystem data to monitor conversion, sell-through, customer feedback, and lifecycle metrics.
- Adjust SKU mix, pricing, and product pipeline based on real-time learnings.
6. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Serve as the hub across creative, production, growth, and operations.
- Deliver regular performance and strategic updates to the JV board and key brand stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in product management, merchandising, or brand/category ownership in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Solid track record managing commercial performance and full product lifecycles.
- Strong consumer instinct and trend sensitivity, backed by data acumen.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and entrepreneurial setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
