Job Title: Retail Sales Associate (Sportswear & Lifestyle)

Salary: Basic $2,300 + Sales Incentives + AWS
Working Hours: 5 days a week, 40 hours per week

Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team in a leading global sportswear and lifestyle brand. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to customers, creating a positive shopping experience

• Achieve personal and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest product launches

• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and replenished

• Support store operations including cashiering, stockroom duties, and visual merchandising

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

Compensation & Incentives:

• Monthly sales incentives of up to 20% of base salary, with potential for higher payouts based on store performance

• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)

Performance-Based Incentive Details:

• 0% payout if store performance is under 80% of target

• 50%-100% payout for 80%-100% store performance

• Up to 150% payout for exceeding store target

Requirements:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory

• Passionate about sports, fitness, or lifestyle fashion

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
