• \tPlan for site work installation, worker deployment and material requisition.

• \tOrganizing and motivating a site team.

• \tAnalysing and managing project risk.

• \tMonitor cost estimating, developing a budget and resource planning.

• \tManaging report and necessary documentation for site progress and completion.

• \tOverseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

• \tDesigning and signing off on contracts.

• \tConducting project review and creating detail reports for executive staff.

• \tManaging large and diverse teams.

• \tWorkings with vendors in controlling cost and quality of products.

• \tEvaluate supplier proposal and sub-contractor in compliance with the tender requirements.

• \tLiaise with suppliers, consultants and customers to handle enquiries and ensure timely delivery.

• \tRequired to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time.
