职位名称 Position Title: 餐厅店长 (Restaurant Manager)

工作地点 Location: GUOCO MIDTOWN II

薪资待遇 Salary: 固定月薪 新币6,700元

Fixed monthly salary of SGD 6,700.

工作时间 Working Hours:

-每月仅休息 1 天,无任何弹性假期

-每天必须固定加班,每周累计加班时数不少于16小时；

-工作强度极高,要求具备卓越体力及心理抗压能力;

-迟到早退及怠工行为零容忍;

-Only 1 rest day per month, no flexible leave allowed;

-Mandatory daily overtime with work hours of no less than 16 hours per day;

-High work intensity; candidates must have excellent physical stamina and strong mental resilience;

-Zero tolerance for tardiness, early leaving, or absenteeism;

主要职责 Responsibilities:

-全面负责餐厅运营管理,严格执行公司规章制度

-领导团队,实施严苛绩效管理及纪律处罚

-亲自处理运营异常及客户投诉,确保顾客满意度100%

-严格管控库存,成本及预算,杜绝浪费及违规操作

-维护最高标准卫生和安全,接受所有政府及内部检查

-确保餐厅每日运营无误,出现失误须承担责任

-Full responsibility for restaurant operations and strict compliance with company policies

-Lead team with strict performance management and disciplinary actions

-Personally handle operational issues and customer complaints, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction

-Strictly control inventory, costs, and budgets; prevent waste and non-compliance

-Maintain highest hygiene and safety standards; comply with all government and internal inspections

-Ensure flawless daily operations; take responsibility for any operational failures

任职资格 Requirements:

-必须完全掌握中英文听说读写能力,具备专业双语沟通能力;

-至少10年以上餐饮管理高压工作经验,具备卓越领导力和危机处理能力;

-具备超强工作压力承受力及长时间加班适应能力;

-时间管理严谨,执行力强,无条件服从公司管理;

-持有相关餐饮管理资质证书;

-无违法违规记录;

-Full proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin

-Minimum 10 years of high-pressure restaurant management experience with excellent leadership and crisis management skills

-Strong ability to withstand high work pressure and adapt to long overtime hours

-Rigorous time management, strong execution, and unconditional compliance with company rules

-Must hold relevant restaurant management certifications

-No criminal or employment violations;
