• Prepare and execute breakfast, brunch, and all-day dining items to high standards
• Ensure consistency in presentation, portioning, and taste
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols
• Support inventory and mise-en-place preparation
• Assist with daily prep, service and closing procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
