Responsibilities:

1) Manage IFM operation (deployment plan).

2) Able to trace and response to site fault within the stipulated response/down time.

3) Organize and conduct project meetings, documenting minutes with action plans and deadlines.

4) Meet supplier/sub-contractors for review of scope and perform price negotiation.

5) Compile and generate overall project costing and track project KPI.

6) Maintain completeness, accuracy, and storage of project documents. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly. Stay up to date with frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.

7) Perform Project Management

8) Provide the recommendations to Agency to improve the work efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Facilities Management / Real Estate Management / Building Services / Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, managing offices, laboratories facilities or similar role
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to establish good rapport with clients.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Preferably with relevant Fire Safety Manager certificate that recognised by SCDF.
  • Experience as a Fire Safety Manager at a high-rise development is an added advantage.
