Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support the customer service team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and review customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated queries or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure timely communication with internal departments to resolve service issues.
- Organize training and development sessions for the customer service team.
- Contribute to a positive school environment through effective communication and support.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing environments.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer service management tools.
