REQUIREMENTS
- Conduct valuation of Plant & Machinery
- Scope of work includes research, analysis and prepare quality valuation report
- Co-ordinating with team members
- 5-Day work week

REQUIREMENTS
- More than 7 years of relevant experience for a wide range of industries
- A keen interest in expert witness work
- Experience in auction and liquidation sale of assets is an advantage
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Marine Engineering are welcome
- Analytical and good with financial modelling on Microsoft Excel
- Good report writing and negotiation skills
- Keen to learn and grow in the valuation space
