- Manage phone calls and email enquiries
- Updating, monitoring and generation of reports.
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
- Handle work pass administration (Work permit)
- Liaise with HRM for adhoc HR administration job
- Other general admin duties
Requirements:
- At least GCE 'O' level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
