Job Description

• Coordinate interface design and M&E works for airport and infrastructure projects from concept to construction.
• Develop and manage the Interface Management Plan, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Facilitate clash resolution and ensure designs comply with project requirements and codes.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and approval authorities.
• Obtain necessary work permits and approvals from various external stakeholders.
• Monitor, report, and mitigate interface risks while supporting technical document reviews.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, M&E, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination, particularly within airport projects.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in interface management and project management.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, interface coordination techniques, and relevant engineering and industry standards.
