Job Description

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Develop and maintain trade compliance policies and procedures.
• Manage import and export documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on trade compliance matters to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in trade laws and implement necessary updates to processes.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain teams to streamline operations.
• Resolve trade compliance issues efficiently and effectively.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, International Trade or Law
• A strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance processes.
• Familiarity in APAC export regulations
• Experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in managing import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with trade compliance software and systems
• The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying compliance risks.
