Travel Consultant (WFH)

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of tourist booking on 3 tour-locations packages.
• Registration for booking, answering to query and collection of payments from customers.
• Liaison with Airline ticketing and confirmation
• Booking on all daily registration and expenses for year end liaison with external auditor and accounting
• Liaison with China tour partner on status of air ticket tour group, claims
• Making payment latest 2 weeks to invoices received from travel agent.
• Monitoring on online product sale
• Answer to query on online product and registering on order
• Guide customers on payments for tour packages.
• Any other ad-hoc matters

Requirements:

• Min 3 years in the travel industry
• Min IATA/UFTAA certification
• Self-starter and Independent
• Good communication and coordination skills
