Runrascals is a kids' lifestyle brand redefining creative expression through customisable and personalisable products. What You'll Be Up To:

• Welcome and engaging every customer warmly.
• Introducing Runrascals products, explaining how our customisation works (patches, interchangeable patches colour options, personalisation features).
• Assist with transactions and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Keep the store organised, well-stocked, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
• Gather customer feedback with the team to help us improve our products.
• Support team efforts to meet daily sales targets and deliver a great shopping experience.

Who We're Looking For:

• Prior retail, customer service, or events experience is a bonus, but not a must.
• Comfortable talking to customers from different backgrounds, tourists, families, and kids.
• Friendly, approachable, and proactive.
  Strong interest in kids' lifestyle products, fashion, or creative brands.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Able to commit to weekends and public holidays.
• Open to doing either both opening or closing shifts.
