Job Scope: Restaurant Staff/Service (Japanese Tapas Bar & Oyster Specialist)
Location: Telok Ayer
Salary: Up to $3,200/month
Working Hours:

• 5-day work week (fixed off on Sunday + half-day Saturday + one weekday half-day off)
• Shift: 12PM - 12AM (taxi claim provided after midnight)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Front-of-House (FOH) Service:
   Provide warm, attentive service in a communal dining setting.
   Guide guests through the menu, emphasizing fresh oysters, Japanese tapas, and beverage pairings.
   Manage reservations, seating, and ensure smooth table turnover.
2. Food & Beverage Knowledge:
   Learn and articulate details of oyster varieties, Japanese tapas, and drink selections.
   Assist in beverage service (wine, sake, cocktails) with basic pairing recommendations.
3. Operations Support:
   Assist in setup/closing, maintaining cleanliness, and restocking supplies.
   Handle cashiering/POS transactions and uphold cash-handling procedures.
4. Team Collaboration:
   Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
   Foster a lively yet organized atmosphere for guests.

Incentives & Benefits:

• Monthly incentive: $300-$400 upon hitting sales/performance targets.

Requirements:

• Prior F&B experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates).
• Passion for Japanese cuisine, oysters, and beverages.
