French Bakery/Restaurant is looking for an experienced Barista and All-Rounder.

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

1. Minimum 1 year experience with free pour latte art making skills
2. Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
3. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep the store operating to standard
4. Able to multi-task effectively and handle different tasks independently as well as in a team
5. Prepare a variety of hot/iced beverages
6. Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation, ensure hygiene levels are met
7. Operate Point Of Sales (POS) Systems for orders
8. Provide excellent customer service and answering to customers queries
9. Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipates and respond to customer needs
10. Follow the organization's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures
11. Follow the organization's food waste management Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
12. Execute daily operational tasks according to Company's standards (Opening/Closing)
13. Maintain daily inventory supplies and order as and when necessary depending on the daily operations
14. Suggest and execute areas for continuous improvement within work area
15. Any other adhoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore
• Possess a good COFFEE knowledge
• Can-do attitude, driven, passionate about work and a team player.
• Strong leadership quality with solid analytical, communications and interpersonal skills
• Independent, proactive, resourceful and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Energetic, good team player and service oriented
• Have a valid certificate of Food Safety/Hygiene course in SG.
• Fully vaccinated as required by Singapore MOH.
