We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Food Service Crew members to join our team at a food outlet currently in the process of obtaining Halal certification. You will be involved in customer service, order taking, cashiering, food preparation, and supporting kitchen operations. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, take orders accurately, and handle cashiering using POS system.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to SOP and hygiene standards.
• Assist in kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, simple cooking, and cleaning duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and customer areas at all times.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with Halal principles (as certification is being processed).
• Replenish supplies and ingredients as needed and assist in stock receiving and inventory checks.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols as required by SFA and company policies.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

• Prior F&B experience preferred but not required (training will be provided).
• Comfortable with both front-of-house and back-of-house duties.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, good teamwork, and strong sense of hygiene.
• Willing to work in a Halal environment; training will include Halal handling awareness.
