Service Crew / Cashier

• Outlet cleaning and set-up to get ready for operations
• Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
• Drinks ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up for all guests
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges
• Orientation & buddy system for newly join staff
• Update guests about current and upcoming promotions
• Attend to guests' needs promptly
