Responsibilities:

* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

* Coordinate with customers and prepare necessary shipping documents

* Manage import and export shipment processes

* Handle shipment clearance procedures, billing, and permit declarations

* Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

* Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification

* At least 1 year of relevant working experience

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP is an added advantage

* Experience in permit declaration is preferred
