Finance Manager:

• Manage accounts payable and account receivable independently
• Perform AR/AP reconciliation with balance sheet schedule, bank reconciliation, account supporting schedules and internal control reports
• Responsible for preparation and maintenance of general ledgers
• Assists in maintaining bookkeeping
• Carry out month-end closing activities
• Knowledge in Xero is an advantage
• Prepare monthly payroll, CPF submission and quarterly GST submission
• And any other ad hoc HR duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent
• Knowledge of accounting best practices and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong sense of integrity and accountability
• Able to work independently and have an eye for detail
