• Position : Sales Executive (Interior Design) - Up to $4,000 Basic
• Location : Kaki Bukit
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + Commission + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Building & Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Source renovation and construction leads (residential, commercial, industrial)
• Arrange site visits and meetings with clients
• Present scope of work, pricing, and project timelines
• Handle quotations, negotiations, and close deals
• Coordinate with operations team for project handover
• Maintain proper sales documentation
• Build good relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Meet sales targets and perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' sales or marketing experience in renovation or construction
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Able to work independently and manage own time
• Basic knowledge of renovation works or materials
• Own transport preferred (for site visits)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
