Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Modeller to support large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design engineering or Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and be proficient in using BIM tools across various project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models throughout the design and construction phases.
• Support project teams with BIM implementation, coordination, and clash detection.
• Collaborate with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM deliverables.
• Conduct model reviews using various BIM software and generate reports for project coordination.
• Participate in design and construction coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in design engineering, construction, or IDD project management.
• At least 5 years of hands-on BIM experience, with prior roles as a Project-level BIM Manager and BIM Modeller in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Successfully completed at least one full project cycle (design or construction phase).
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Certified with Specialist Diploma in BIM (BCA Academy) and/or other recognized BIM authoring software courses by authorized training providers. Alternatively, certified with Digital Delivery Lead (DDM Tier 2).
• Proficient in BIM software such as: Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, VRCollab, Navigator, Bentley Software, etc.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility:

• Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only.
• Willing to work in the East area of Singapore. Project in Changi.
