About the role:

We are seeking a driven and meticulous individual to join our Clinical Services Planning Office team for hospital in the West of Singapore. In this role, you will play a key part in the planning, establishment, and implementation of clinical services aligned with the hospital campus's value-based, unified care approach.

You will work closely with Clinical Leads, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support strategic service planning, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and drive initiatives that enhance care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Clinical and Division Leads in developing and implementing clinical service plans.
• Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service alignment.
• Assist in data gathering, asset mapping, and care path analysis to support planning efforts.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify business and user requirements.
• Propose integration initiatives and facilitate partnerships across departments and sectors.
• Track and manage Licensing, Manpower, and Capacity (LMC) plans and submissions.
• Draft and manage collaboration agreements across institutions.
• Monitor healthcare trends and national strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Support the development of integrated practice units and thematic care clusters.
• Provide full secretariat support for meetings - including logistics, minutes, and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Degree in Healthcare, Business Management, or STEM-related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in the healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and hospital operations is advantageous.
• Experience in service planning, project management, or secretariat support preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; excellent command of English.
• Confident in engaging various stakeholders across levels and institutions.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
