Job Responsibilities :
Job Requirements :
- Create and update BIM models based on contract drawings and latest information
- Ensure on the integrity / quality of the models
- Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM models
- Produce BIM model deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication
- Develop BIM models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM based qualification and 4D simulation
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in civil & structural, architectural BIM models related projects
- Well versed in REVIT
- Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner
- Knowledge in Revizto, Synchro 4D, Bently Open Building Designer will have an added advantage
