Job Scope

1. Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage and build relationships with primary care providers.
2. Coordinate cross-departmental programs involving primary care partners, such as CME sessions.
3. Monitor referral rates and provide recommendations to improve patient inflow and care coordination.
4. Liaise with polyclinics and manage the GP hotline to facilitate communication and support.
5. Establish agreements with corporate, insurance, and third-party partners to enhance service accessibility.
6. Review and enhance internal services to improve patient experience and streamline care processes.
7. Plan and conduct public education initiatives and events to increase awareness of healthcare services.
8. Explore and negotiate partnerships with local and international healthcare partners; oversee marketing budgets and stay updated on healthcare trends.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with over 10 years of experience, ideally in service growth, channel or partnership management.
• Strong background in healthcare partnerships or client relations will be a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and experienced in preparing performance reports.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple functions.
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
