Roles and Responsibilities:

The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to, the following key responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute day-to-day marketing and sales activities across regional markets, including Australia, New Zealand, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia.
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans with the objective of increasing sales revenue.
  • Manage and expand existing overseas distribution channels, regularly reviewing distributor performance to ensure alignment with sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging potential customers across different markets.
  • Lead the appointment, negotiation, and closure of business deals with channel partners.
  • Conduct market analysis and develop effective pricing strategies tailored to each market.
  • Work closely with lighting consultants, architects, and interior designers to provide lighting specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on regional sales performance and results.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual sales performance and profitability.
  • Actively promote and sell the brand and its product portfolio.
  • Develop product awareness by thoroughly understanding technical product features and communicating them clearly to potential customers.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Create compelling sales and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Match customer requirements with appropriate product solutions.
  • Generate and follow up on qualified sales leads.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations and negotiate contract terms.
  • Secure orders, ensure compliance with quality standards, and coordinate timely product delivery.
  • Provide post-sales support and assist customers in resolving issues related to product usage.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:
  • Min Diploma/Degree holder in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration
  • Relevant experience as a Regional Sales Manager
  • Willing to travel
  • Motivated to work in challenging, fast paced and result-driven environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of lighting an advantage

Note:
  • Product training will be provided
  • The candidate will be stationed in India as this role requires you to focus on the Indian market
