Sales Account Manager - Semiconductor

Responsibilities

• First-point-of-contact for customer vacuum needs
• Sales cycle management and new business generation
• Budget management (sales & service)
• Service enquiry management (repair, exchange, upgrading)
• Conflict resolution and relationship building
• Reporting and performance monitoring
• Identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with the team
• Develop long term relationship with Key Appointment Holders within the accounts

Requirements

• Bsc/BEng/Diploma in any Engineering discipline
• Proven track record as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
• Hands on experience in direct sales
• Known ability as a problem solver and for conflict resolution.
• Understand sales reporting metric
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong reactivity to customer's request
• Project management skills
