Triflex is a German family-owned business with more than 40 years of experience in distributing a wide range of reliable and lasting waterproofing solutions for the protection of buildings. The core competence of Triflex is in the field of waterproofing systems and coating materials for the construction sector. Triflex products are manufactured in Minden, Germany and is successfully represented worldwide and in the Asia Pacific region, through its sales and distribution office in Singapore.

We are currently seeking a specialist to fill in the role of in Technical Training and Support Services for waterproofing construction projects in Singapore. The successful applicant's primary responsibility is to provide product application training and product support services to all Triflex customers is Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will work closely with building contractors, engineers, site supervisors and facility managers to provide solutions and support for waterproofing challenges, to demonstrate application techniques of Triflex waterproofing products in contractor projects.

Job scope:

1. Conduct product presentations, product demonstration, product application training and competency check of Triflex product users.

2. Understand and develop a critical evaluation of manufacturer, contractor and other competitors' products -- their strengths, weaknesses, systems and technologies and prepare presentation documents.

3. Survey and assess project site requirements, conduct appropriate tests for site readiness, waterproofing proposals and assess business opportunities for Triflex products.

4. Conducting of safety briefing and product mock ups on site for contractors using our waterproofing products.

5. Prepare documentation of project status, technical meetings /trainings, surveys, project reference, etc.

6. Provide technical support to customers during their project execution ensuring compliance with manufacturer processing guidelines.

7. Work on multiple waterproofing solutions collaboratively with all stakeholders, objectively summarizing the benefits and shortfalls of each.

9. Prepare project references and product sample mock ups.

10. Support role related ad-hoc assignments as may be required.

Qualifications requirements:

1. Formal education in Facade Construction, Engineering or Industry-relevant field of study a

2. Minimum 5 years full time related work experience.

3. Possesses class 3 driving license in Singapore.

4. Singaporeans only.
