Location: Toh Guan Road
Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 9am - 6pm
• Sat: 9am - 1pm (5.5 days work week)
  Salary: Up to $3,000/month (Based on experience)
  Work Pass Quota: No quota for work passes

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact point for customers regarding vehicle servicing and repair needs
• Record vehicle problems accurately and clearly
• Recommend maintenance/repairs based on vehicle condition and manufacturer's guidelines
• Collaborate with technicians to prepare service estimates
• Update customers on repair progress and timelines
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of parts
• Provide clear explanation of completed work and final costs
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Suggest value-added services where applicable
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Occasionally cover other outlets in East/North zone when Service Advisors/Managers are on leave or MC

Requirements:

• Singaporean with valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory)
• Nitec or Diploma in Automotive Engineering/Technology
• IT savvy - proficient in MS Office
• 1-2 years' experience in:
  Automotive service advisor role
  Workshop operations
  Customer service (face-to-face)
• Good knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance
• Customer-focused, team player with a positive attitude
