- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or accounting.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and accounting principles
- Familiarity with HR and accounting software is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Duties:
- Assist in maintaining proper filing and organization of accounting documents, including invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and bank statements.
- Systematically label and archive both physical and electronic financial records.
- Help monitor document retention schedules and assist with the secure disposal of outdated files in compliance with company policies.
- Support timely and accurate processing of invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in preparing and reconciling bank statements and petty cash accounts.
- Provide support during month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with audit preparations and respond to auditor inquiries.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
HR Duties:
- Assist in recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview scheduling).
- Assist in the end-to-end management of Work Permits applications, coordinating pre-arrival and arrival procedures, managing pre-start work requirements such as medical check-ups, insurance, and Work Permit card issuance, as well as processing renewals and cancellations.
- Assist in foreign worker's onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update foreign worker records, including personal details, passport copies, permit status, and insurance coverage.
- Assist to prepare HR-related letters for foreign workers (e.g., employment, confirmation, resignation etc).
- Support foreign worker's payroll preparation and maintain related documents.
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned
