As a Manager at Wavestone Singapore, you will lead consulting engagements that drive digital transformation, innovation, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in delivering impactful solutions to clients while contributing to the growth of our Asia practice.

Role Description

• Lead & deliver consulting projects across digital transformation and innovation.
• Manage project execution independently, ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder alignment.
• Present insights and recommendations through compelling deliverables and presentations.
• Build & maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships.
• Contribute to business development through opportunity spotting, proposal input, and client discussions.
• Support internal initiatives such as team development, recruitment, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing consulting projects with autonomy and accountability.
• Strong leadership & team development skills.
• Solid consulting toolkit, including project framing, change management, and agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to support business development and client engagement.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
