- Uphold brand standards and guest-experience KPIs: average service rating ≥ 4.5/5, table-turn time ≤ 60 min, NEA "A" hygiene grade.
- Drive digital marketing with the Executive Chef-plan TikTok/Instagram content that grows social engagement ≥ 15 % MoM.
- Optimise inventory, labour scheduling and cost controls via POS, SQL Accounting and Talenox
- Lead menu-engineering projects and pop-up collaborations that achieve break-even ROI inside 90 days.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance (SFA, SCDF, MUIS Halal considerations, MOM manpower rules).
- Liaise with delivery aggregators, speciality suppliers and equipment vendors to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
Candidate Requirements - Point Form
- Experience
Minimum 12 years in full-service restaurants, plus 5 years managing an Italian-Asian fusion brand with P&L responsibility > SGD 3 million - Proven Track Record
Must have launched or turned around two concept outlets that hit break-even within 6 months each (documented evidence required) - Education & Certifications
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or F&B Management
WSQ Food Safety Level 3
NEA Food Hygiene Officer certificate
Professional Barista certification - Systems & Tech Proficiency
Administrator-level skills in POS, SQL Accounting
Competence with Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics - Regulatory Expertise
Hands-on compliance with Singapore Halal guidelines for alcohol-free concepts
100 % pass rate in SFA/NEA audits and SCDF safety inspections - Soft Skills
Data-driven leadership style; strong crisis-management and team-coaching abilities - Availability & Commitment
Ready to commence within 14 calendar days of offer
Willing to work rotating shifts, including late-night closes (up to 11 pm)
