Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and confident sales professional to drive SME customer acquisition for Addlly AI, starting with our IMDA-approved PSG package. This role goes beyond direct sales-you'll also help us forge new partnerships with banks, trade bodies, and ecosystem partners (like UOB and DBS) to scale outreach and create customized offerings. You'll own the full customer journey from lead generation to account servicing, and act as an external representative of Addlly at industry events and partner activations. Ideal for someone who's equally strong at closing deals and building trust-based relationships, this is a visible, high-impact role at the frontlines of Addlly's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Scout and qualify SME leads eligible for Addlly's PSG package through independent research and outreach.
- Craft persuasive outreach emails, make follow-up calls, secure meetings with decision-makers, and close deals with SME clients.
- Present and demo Addlly's AI marketing solutions to small business owners in a clear and compelling way.
- Build and manage partnerships with banks, SME associations, and digital solution providers to co-create lead-generation programs.
- Represent Addlly AI at roadshows, partner events, and ecosystem forums-delivering presentations and engaging with potential customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for SME clients-ensuring onboarding, training, and support needs are met post-sale.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and customer data using CRM tools.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, product) to continuously refine pitch materials, messaging, and support tools.
- Stay up to date on SME digitalization trends, government grant changes, and competitor offerings to strengthen positioning.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting base salary: SGD 5,000 - 6,000 per month, commensurate with experience.

• Variable component would include a performance-based commission structure tied to successful client sign-ups and account growth.

Additional benefits:

Who You Are (Requirements)

- Strong preference for Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents, as the role involves working closely with local SMEs and grant frameworks.
- You have 2-5 years of experience, ideally in a marketing agency or growth team working with Singapore-based SMEs-experience in growth sales will be considered a strong plus.
- You understand how small businesses think about marketing-and how to help them drive real outcomes without big budgets.
- You're confident in closing deals, not just generating leads. You know how to move a prospect from cold outreach to signed contract.
- You're results-driven, self-motivated, and thrive on meeting clear sales and client success targets.
- You're excited by the potential of AI tools to simplify and scale marketing-and eager to show SMEs how Addlly can save them time, cost, and stress.
- You're a full-lifecycle operator: prospecting, pitching, onboarding, account servicing, and upselling are all part of the job.
- You're comfortable in a startup environment: things move fast, structures are lean, and success comes from ownership and action-not handoffs and hierarchy.
- You're proficient in CRM systems like HubSpot and lead generation tools such as Lusha (or equivalent).

What Success Looks Like (KPIs/Outcomes)

- Signing up at least 2-3 new SME clients per month for Addlly's AI-powered marketing solutions, starting from month 2 onward.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the product and SME landscape during the first month, with a clear action plan for prospecting and conversion.
- Consistent relationship management with signed clients-ensuring satisfaction, repeat usage, and positive referrals.
- Securing client testimonials for use on our website, Google reviews, or Enterprise Singapore's platform, reflecting the value delivered and quality of service.
- Provide insights on new product development as well as marketing strategy.

Location & Work Type

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Singapore. At Addlly AI, we believe that close collaboration, daily brainstorming, and real-time problem-solving are essential at our current stage of growth-especially as we build products and respond to fast-changing customer needs.

As such, we encourage all team members to work on-site five days a week, with remote work considered only in exceptional circumstances.
