About Our Client

Job Description

• Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and operation of the company's IT infrastructure to ensure security, reliability, and efficiency.
• Ensure IT systems support business objectives while complying with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor IT teams, providing leadership and technical guidance across IT and OT (Operational Technology) domains.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage budgets related to IT infrastructure projects and operations.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting on system performance, incidents, changes, and compliance.
• Provide technical advisory services to various departments to align IT infrastructure with company goals.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant discipline
• At least 8 years of Infrastructure and Operations experience
• In-depth knowledge of network administration, server management, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Able to communicate clearly and confidently technical concepts to all stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
• Preferred certifications in "Office 365", ITIL, MCSE, CCNA, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure).
