Responsibilities

• Advertising for vacant rooms

• Arrange appointments with prospect tenant for room viewing

• Match tenants' profile with company requirements

• Handle enquiries and follow up with prospect tenant

• Conduct market survey to understand market trends

• Ad-hoc duties when assigned

• No experiences required

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Good communication skill

• Able to communicate with English and Mandarin
