Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

$5500-$7500 Raffles 5days office hour

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Develop integrated marketing programs to enhance client satisfaction and deliver high added value.
• Achieve sales targets by actively generating leads, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  Prepare, review, and sign sales contracts in compliance with company policies.
• Develop tailored proposals to meet the specific needs of prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company offerings.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality production
• Undertake procurement of orders, conducting measurement and fitting session, Reviewing prototypes
• Communicate with procurement and design teams to align on client needs and project specifications timely

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, performance campaigns or related industries.
• Proven success in closing high-value deals and building long-term partnerships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking client and associate
