Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for executive leadership, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Bridge communication between management and various departments, including task delegation and relaying critical updates.
  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate high-level meetings and appointments.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming correspondence (calls, emails, messages), ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
  • Conduct research to support both ongoing and new strategic initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
  • Support the Director with ad hoc tasks, special requests, and personal errands as needed.
