What You'll Do
Deliver Exceptional Service - Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Take Orders & Serve Food/Drinks - Efficiently take customer orders, serve food and drinks promptly, and assist with recommendations.
Engage & Entertain - Bring positive energy to the table, making guests feel welcome and excited about their experience at Hermanos.
Upsell & Recommend - Promote menu items, including signature cocktails, specialty dishes, and promotions.
Work as a Team - Collaborate with bartenders, chefs, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service.
Maintain Cleanliness & Organization - Keep tables, service stations, and dining areas clean and organized.
Handle Payments - Process bills accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout process.
Be Part of the Vibe - Help create a lively, fun, and engaging atmosphere for guests, including during special events and promotions.

What We're Looking For
✅ Energetic & Friendly - You enjoy meeting new people, striking up conversations, and creating positive experiences.
✅ Fast-Paced & Efficient - You can handle busy periods with grace and a smile.
✅ Great Communicator - Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus!
✅ Team Player - You work well with others and support your teammates.
✅ Attention to Detail - You ensure food and drinks are served correctly and tables are set properly.
✅ Experience in F&B Preferred - Prior experience in restaurants, bars, or hospitality is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
