We seek an experienced IT Technology Director to lead our software development and IT infrastructure teams. This role will oversee technology strategy, system architecture, cloud & network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software development to ensure scalability, security, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT management, cloud solutions, DevOps, and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Define and implement the IT strategy aligning with business objectives.
• Provide leadership in software development, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulations.

2. Software Development & Application Management

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
• Lead teams in software architecture, cloud solutions, and DevOps best practices.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Drive automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability.

3. IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Oversee network, servers, databases, and IT service management.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Optimize system performance, monitoring, and automation.
• Establish IT policies, governance, and compliance frameworks.

4. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

• Lead and mentor teams of software engineers, IT administrators, and security experts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, cloud providers, and consultants.
• Develop and manage the IT budget effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles managing software development and infrastructure.
• Proven experience in cloud computing, DevOps, and enterprise IT architecture.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.

Technical Skills:

• Software: Experience with Java, Python, .NET, or modern web frameworks.
• Cloud: Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud-native technologies.
• DevOps: CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.
• Security: Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Infrastructure: Virtualization, networking, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, Active Directory.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, NoSQL.
