Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic front-of-house team.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Italian to liaise with Italian-speaking staff, suppliers, and guests.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and dining etiquette to enhance guest engagement.
• Manage reservations, guest flow, and seating to maximize service efficiency.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure menu consistency, special promotions, and smooth coordination.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), staff productivity, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
