Job Description
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies targeting both local and regional markets for surveillance solutions.
- Source, recruit, and manage distributors, system integrators, and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in targeted industry sectors.
- Lead complex sales negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent post-sales support.
- Act as the company's ambassador at trade exhibitions, industry forums, and customer engagements.
The Successful Applicant
- Around 10 years of proven B2B sales experience with a focus on surveillance and security technologies.
- Successful track record in driving channel sales and managing sophisticated solution sales processes.
- Well-connected within distributor networks, system integrators, and government security projects.
