About Our Client

Job Description

• Manage order entry, processing and shipment activities to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
• Oversee inventory control, including stock reconciliation and optimisation.
• Work with customers on order settlement issues.
• Develop and implement process improvements within the department.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address inventory or order-related issues.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Support all administrative issues while supporting finance team when needed

The Successful Applicant

• A strong background in order processing and inventory management, minimally 10 years of experience.
• Proven experience with order processing and inventory systems such as E1, SAP and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and inventory management software.
• A meticulous and organised approach to work.
