We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.

\t• \tMonitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards.

\t• \tPrepare and manage project budgets and timelines.

\t• \tConduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control.

\t• \tAddress and resolve issues or delays that may affect the project timeline or budget.

\t• \tMaintain accurate project documentation and reports.

\t• \tEnsure all necessary permits and legal documents are obtained and updated.
