NAEUM Restaurant Group operates NAEUM, a 1 Michelin starred restaurant in Telok Ayer Street serving contemporary Seoul cuisine.

We are currently looking for a Sommelier to develop and upgrade our beverage program.

Requirements:

- Prior Sommelier experience at reputable restaurants, old world expertise preferred

- at least 5 years of total Front of House experience in F&B

- WSET 3 or equivalent

- Training experience to uphold beverage service quality and standards amongst Front of House members

- Experience in preparing a beverage list, pairings, and managing beverage inventories (beverage, glassware, etc)

- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale and payment systems

- Languages: strong command of spoken and written English
