Role Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts & Compliance Manager to join our growing team. This role will involve managing day-to-day accounting operations and supporting the company's regulatory compliance processes. While prior compliance experience is a plus, on-the-job training will be provided for the compliance aspect of the role
Beside the following accounts responsibilities, the candidate is responsible for ensuring that the company is conducting its business in full compliance with all laws, including regulations this will involve the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures and best practices within the industry. The Compliance Officer will assist in periodic client review and investors services for AML/KYC for funds services business

Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Operations
- Management Account preparation Assist in Tax filing
- MAS filings
- Fee calculation and Invoices Bank account management Payments
- HR - Payroll, CPF, Submissions HR - General
- Client communication as required Audit coordination
- MAS Surveys
Administration
- IT coordination
- Service provider/Vendor coordination
- Maintenance of office equipment, supplies, data security etc General office administration
Compliance
- In charge of the Compliance function at a CMS licensed wealth management business
- Oversee enterprise risk management
- Monitor regulated business activities to ensure adherence to CMS licensing conditions
- Provide updates to senior management on the regulatory environment and propose actions, where necessary
- Ensure all compliance policies are consistent with the latest regulatory requirements
- Formulate and update company's AML/CFT framework and policies
- Supervise the implementation of various compliance, risk, IT risk (TRM), internal controls and outsourcing policies
- Conduct client KYC/AML and annual reviews for new and existing clients
- Conduct due diligence and reviews on outsourced service providers
- Prepare, submit and handle enquiries related to regulatory returns, MAS annual and ad-hoc forms and surveys
- Oversees training and development for senior management and staff
- Key point of contact for MAS: Address queries from MAS and external authorities
- Coordinate internal and external compliance audits
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Min 4 years of accounting experience in the finance sector
- Able to do payroll, GST and local tax regulations.
- Ability to understand systems and technology as well as working with large amount of data.
- Good skill in MS office
- A smart Person who is able to communicate well and to handle MAS as well as client queries
