We’re looking for a super organised, people-savvy Casting and Talent Coordinator to join our team! If you love working behind the scenes, juggling schedules, and connecting the right people to the right roles, this might be the perfect fit for you.

What you’ll do:

• Help manage casting calls and coordinate auditions

• Liaise with talent agencies, actors, models, and production teams

• Keep talent databases updated and organised

• Schedule call times and make sure everyone’s where they need to be

• Assist with contracts, bookings, and general talent logistics

• Be the go-to person for all casting-related questions and updates

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who’s great with people and even better with a calendar

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Experience in casting, production, or talent coordination is a big plus

• Calm under pressure and cool with tight deadlines

• A team player who can also take the lead when needed
