Melashoppe is a growing consumer electronics business specializing in mobile phones, tablets, and smartwatches. We serve both retail and B2B customers, operating online and in-store. We're seeking a reliable and motivated team member to support daily operations and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and respond to customer enquiries through online chat, phone, and in-store

- Handle order fulfilment, packing and inventory updates

- Create and maintain product listings on our website and platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Carousell

- Assist with marketing efforts such as promotions and content

- Basic photo taking and editing of products

- Contribute to process improvement and business growth ideas

Requirements:

- Fresh grads, poly grads, or candidates with relevant work experience welcome

- Able to work on Sundays (5-day work week, 2 days off)

- Proficient in spoken and written English

- Responsible, initiative-driven, and willing to learn

- Comfortable using ecommerce platforms and digital tools

- Bonus if you speak Mandarin/Malay, have experience in retail/ecommerce, interested in consumer electronics (phones, tablets, wearables etc)
