We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Claims Executive to manage and process insurance claims for our logistics fleet. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination abilities, keen attention to detail, and relevant experience in insurance claims or a similar function.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end submission and follow-up of vehicle insurance claims (accidents, damage, theft, etc.).
• Coordinate with insurance companies, assessors, and repair workshops for claim resolution.
• Compile and verify all necessary supporting documents such as incident reports, police reports, and photographs.
• Maintain accurate records and update claim statuses in the system.
• Liaise with internal teams (drivers, fleet supervisors) for incident clarification.
• Generate regular reports on claim status, trends, and issues for management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in insurance claims or vehicle fleet administration.
• Strong knowledge of insurance procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
