Our client is a local banking looking for a Loans Executive to join their team on a contract stint (potentially renewable)

Responsibilities

• Review and Update SOPs as and when required
• Support archival & retrieval of documents
• Support UAT/LV on system/workflow enhancement.
• Perform Account closure processing activities, earmarking/releasing of funds for campaigns or digiVault
• Support Team Manager on project/initiatives & process improvements.
• Ensure all request and completed within service levels agreement at all times
• Complete adhoc assignments/tasks assigned within timeline and any other duties that may be assigned by Team Manager
• Experience in financial institutions, with deposits knowledge would be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft office 365 i.e. Excel
• Ability to multi-tasking and manage different activities
