Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Merchandising Division.
• To be responsible for the overall stock control, ensure efficient system and delivery solutions
• To manage all incoming and outgoing stock in the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of the stockroom
• Train and supervise stockroom personnel
• To generate and analyse stock/inventory reports
• Monitor stock levels for re-stocking purposes
• To develop and implement policies and procedures
• To work closely with HQ, EC, Store Operations and Warehouse and to ensure stock/inventory efficiency
• Any other job tasks required by the reporting Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in related disciplines
• Possess strong leadership with good planning and organization skills
• Possess good ability to demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills with pro-active approach
• Preferably with 3 years of relevant/retail industry experience
• To work closely with HQ, EC, Store Operations and Warehouse and to ensure stock/inventory efficiency
• Any other job tasks required by the reporting Manager
